Iβm a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, as well as a Spin Instructor, Pilates Instructor, and Reformer Pilates Instructor. My background in dance gives me a strong focus on movement quality, strength, flexibility, and injury prevention, which I bring into every session I coach.
Fitness has been a passion of mine for many years, and I love pushing both my own limits and those of my clients. I actively compete in HYROX, running races, triathlons, and other endurance and performance-based events, keeping my training methods current, effective, and challenging.
Whether Iβm teaching dance, leading a class, or coaching one-to-one, my goal is to help people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies.
